After many years of playing multiple sports, I finally decided that soccer was the right fit for me at around age 9. Since then, I have played 7 years of club soccer (6 years with Premier Soccer Club; 1 year with Glen Ed Soccer). I have also played 2 years of high school soccer as a starter and going to be playing my 3rd in the Spring of 2021. Throughout all of these years, I have been a key player and role model on each team. I have been told by many of my past and present coaches and mentors that I have a rare mental ability to be a team leader and push my teammates while also giving them the motivation to work as hard as they can. My unique mental ability and leadership qualities pair well with my veteran experience as a soccer player and defensive back. On the field, I am not only able to give my teammates useful insight on good positioning and weak spots in the opposing team, but I am also able to create opportunities through my on-the-ball skills. My many years of dedication and hard work has prepared me to play at the college level. I am also a hard worker off the field. In the classroom, I work every day to become smarter and improve my grades. I have received many athletic and academic accolades throughout my high school career which shows how hard I am willing to work to improve myself.
