Carter Capodanno '22 Recruiting Profile

My goal each year in soccer has always been to play at the highest possible level that I can.   Early in my playing days that meant playing up a year on a top local team,  then through my teens that allowed me to play on one of the top elite clubs in the country and now I have reached my latest goal by moving to the MLS Next DA program at Baltimore Armour.   The next benchmark that I have set my sights on is playing in college at a highly competitive academic school that has a strong soccer program.  

 I have been playing soccer since I was 4 and have learned many important life skills through this amazing game that I love.    Those lessons of goal setting, accountability, perseverance, and team work will stay with me for life and I am grateful to have learned them through soccer.    My focus on the soccer field is matched in the classroom as well where attend one of the top private schools in the area and maintain a solid academic profile.  I believe that with all of these traits I would be a great addition to a top college soccer program.
