Growing up in Howard County, MD has impacted my life immensely through the relationships I have built and the people I have met. Coming from a very diverse area, I have learned how to communicate effectively with many different groups of people. Communication is key in soccer, especially at my position. I have been playing soccer for as long as I can remember and developed a passion for it early on. There is nothing like playing with your teammates every day and watching them turn into your brothers as the season progresses while developing a lifelong bond with them.
I not only want to pursue an amazing athletic career in college but a stellar academic one as well. One of my goals for high school is to graduate with a 4.0 or greater weighted GPA. I want to achieve this while also being an active member of my community and participating in many clubs and extracurriculars. Giving back through volunteering is extremely rewarding and helps me to further develop key character traits like compassion and empathy while being in a leadership position. Another goal of mine is to graduate college with a 3.0 or higher while playing soccer. But as much as academics are important, I feel the most valuable thing of life is the tremendous impact you can have on others.
