I am an avid and strong soccer player whose team is currently ranked as one of the top teams in the state of Maryland. I’ve competed at Regional Presidents Cup and countless other prestigious tournaments.
I started playing soccer when I was four years old and fell in love with the sport. At the age of seven, I started playing at a more competitive level, playing select soccer. This gave me the opportunity to play different positions and figure out where my skills were strongest. I determined center back was the favorite position through my love for defense and the need for physicality.
Over the years, I balanced training high academics, being an active member of my church youth group, and trying different sports. I trained in jiu-jitsu, played basketball, skied in the winter, and surfed in the summer. I enjoyed these sports, but as I started playing soccer at a higher level, I decided it was my dream to play college-level soccer.
I love the sport of soccer. I am a hard worker who wants to get better every time I step on the soccer field. I think I would be a great asset to your team and school as I am always pushing myself and others around me to be and do better.
