Ronaldo Powell '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ronaldo Powell I am a very talented and respectful person that will be a great asset to your institution academically, and with my sportsmanship in soccer and basketball. As a kid growing up in Jamaica I have always been interested in sports. For me it's a family tradition, my mother was a very good netball player and my uncles  were exceptional high school and collegiate athletes at both soccer and track and field. I am currently a senior at Nantucket high school where I am a member of the varsity soccer and basketball teams. My varsity soccer team just had a perfect regular season and I was proud to be a integral part of my team's success. I contributed 32 goals and 16 assist, as a result I was named to the  Massachusetts All-State First Team. I am a very skillful and fast left-footed  player who enjoys scoring goals, but I also work very hard for the team. I am looking for a school where I can pursue my interest in Business Management, in an environment that fosters personal growth and inspires me to be the very best I can be academically, and as a Student-Athlete.
