Hello! Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to read my profile. My name is Kevin Alves Cruz, and I'm a Goalkeeper, heading into my Junior year at The Springfield Renaissance School. Growing up as the son of a Brazilian-American, futeball has been a massive part of my life. I think my biggest strength that coaches will see in me as a player, and an individual, is my ability to gauge how I must lead my team for us to be successful. To me, Leadership isn't always loud, and apparent; more often than not it's subtle, and often unseen. Any team looking to be successful needs someone who can not only rally the troops, but connect with their teammates in a profound way not only on the field, but off it as well. Coming from Springfield MA, I've grown up around a diverse city of people, and being someone who unifies people of all backgrounds, and experiences, is something that I strive to be able to do for your team. By doing so we can accomplish our collective goal of winning and being successful players and people. Thank you!
