I’m currently a senior at West Springfield High School in Massachusetts. I’m a four-year Varsity starter and All Western Mass select player. Our team is the defending MIAA Division 2 State Champions. I led the team in assists that year and was often tasked with defending the opposing team’s best player in the midfield. For my senior year I’ve been elected one of two Captains. I’ve included a highlight reel that I hope you will take a few minutes to view.
My natural position is midfielder, but I can play anywhere on the field. I’m strong with both feet, play hard offensively and defensively. My greatest strength is reading the field for the highest percentage pass and distributing the ball quickly and accurately. I’ve played and competed with many current Division 1 players over the course of my career.
I’ve played club soccer for 9 years since U10. I was selected to play for the GPS State of Massachusetts red team under Coach Andrew Prosser for two years. I moved back to Western United and most recently the Bolts West NPL team due to proximity to our home.
My current GPA is a 2.75 but it is moving on the right direction coming into my senior year. During my freshman year, I lost my older brother to a car accident. That combined with Covid for two years has been a little bit of a setback for me academically, so I don’t think my GPA is reflective of my full potential. However, in all that time I poured my heart into soccer and worked extra hard.
My goal is to be a student-athlete at the University with a major in Business. My family owns their own business and I want to prepare myself to work for them after I graduate with the hope of taking it over someday. I know I can be an asset both in the classroom and on the pitch
