Justin Vest '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello, I'm Justin Vest.  I'm currently a Senior at Van Horn High School in Independence, Missouri. I just moved here from South Dakota where I played on Dakota Alliance Soccer Club and Dakota ODP as a forward and attacking mid.  I also played up with the U19 team for Dakota Alliance.  I also played Varsity for my high school and have played varsity all 3 years so far.  During my Junior year I got ESD All Conference, Metro All Conference, and 2nd team All State.  I started playing soccer when I was in fourth grade, and I instantly stood out.  I've led all my teams in goals and get plenty of assists.  I hate when I make any sort of mistake, and always look for a way to fix it.  My dominant foot is my right foot, but they are equal.   I've always had a dream of playing college soccer ever since I started the sport and I try to work on myself every day, whether that be foot skills, shooting, mastering my position, conditioning, weight lifting, etc.  I also work hard in my academics and make sure my grades are up, as my GPA is 3.7 while taking two advanced classes.  I take strongly to my religious belief and I am a leader for my youth group.  I also do Powerlifting and got 2nd in State this year.  

My goal is to play professionally when I get out of college, and this is the first step.  You will not be wasting your time checking me out.  I strive to be the best version of myself that I can be and I'm looking for a coach and team that can help me reach my goals and push me to the next level.
