Kaleb Wilson '20 Recruiting Profile

Hello!  My name is Kaleb Wilson.  I am currently a senior at Helias Catholic High School in Jefferson City Missouri, class of 2020.  I've been playing soccer since the first grade and have played competitive club soccer since the fifth grade.  I play all positions, except goalie, my dominate foot is my right, but can use my left just as good.  In high school, I have played and started varsity since my freshman year and I play mostly mid-fielder, some forward and some defense.  In 2018, our team won our conference and district, but lost the quarter final game.  In our district game, I offered to play center defense due to another player's injury, and I was told by the coach, in his opinion, I was player of the game.  I was selected 2nd team all-conference for the 2018 season.

In my club teams, I played up an age my first three years and my own age group since the eighth grade.  I have been a captain and starter since the seventh grade.  I was selected by my club team, Sporting Columbia, to attend the all-star academy in Kansas City to train with other Sporting Affiliate teams and play against the Sporting Kansas City Academy team.  I was the only member of the all-star team to score against the Academy team. 

I work as hard in the classroom as I do on the soccer field to be successful.  My family has always encouraged me that a quality education is the key to being successful in life.  I have the skills and ability to succeed in college and look forward to playing for your team.
