- Personal Training for speed, agility and foot work
- 1 year
- Personal Training with Coach Cherif Maghni (702)-443-0876, 3-4 times a week. I worked on speed, agility and foot work. The training started with an evaluation and I worked on skills from there based on my needs. This training greatly improved my skills and I continue to use the drills I learned to train on my own and I still meet with Cherif once a week.
- Strength and conditioning

- I have done training (and currently am training) 3-5 days a week through the summer with Julian Portugal (702)-406-8191 at his Sports Academy (currently) and Phase one sports. This training consists of strength training conditioning with some ball work and drills. It is a group training with other soccer players at my level and higher.
