I’m a very contained player. I started varsity soccer in 8th grade, I was a starter by 9th grade as I improved my skills over the years. This lead me to being a leader on the team until I got my spot as captain. I keep composure in game very well thinking as to how to improve. This leads me to continue to look for the opportunity to make my game better. I’ve played in futsal leagues; as well as the off-season when I played in the Chenango County Chargers soccer club for three years. I’ve joined the Oneonta Soccer Club travel team in hopes to grow my skils and get the experience of playing with more skilled players. Practice on my own has gave me the opportunity to do a flip throw. I’ve been working on the flip throw for about a year now. I can throw from almost half field into the 6 yard box, I continue to work as each player has a large effect on the team. During practice and games I’m very competitive, I love to win and will do whatever it takes to win. This makes me a hard worker in practice and out when I’m doing extra on my own time. I started playing soccer when I was 5 and loved the game since. Every coach noticed me for my hustle out on the field. I’ll make sure to keep up with the team to keep a connection with everyone.
I’ve won unsung hero for soccer and wrestling for my high school, and the sportsmanship award for golf. I participate in a few extracurriculars in school like band, jazz band, and orchestra. In the summer I work as a lifeguard, I’m CPR and AED certified.
