Dylan Greenberg '24 Recruiting Profile

Since I was very young, I have always been passionate about playing soccer and developing and improving my game.  My coaches discovered early in my career that I had very strong skills as a defender and I have worked hard to hone those skills as a center back and left back for the teams on which I have played (Manhattan Soccer Club and Horace Mann High School).  As a center back, I play a leadership role on the field, but I also realize that soccer is much more about how the team plays collectively rather than the efforts of one single player. I believe that a team plays best when all of its players are training and working together toward a common goal, communicating with each other, and encouraging and supporting each other to play their very best.  I am looking to take my soccer to the next level and play in a highly competitive college soccer program, while also getting a quality education at an academic institution that will challenge me and further my growth.
