Joseph Ludwig Jeffrey Pierre '19 Recruiting Profile

     Dear coaches, soccer has always played a very important and massive part in my life. I started playing since I was 5 years old and ever since I haven't found anything that make me happier than soccer.It became my passion, it became my life. I grew up with soccer and every single time that I touched a soccer ball, I learned something, from this young time to now my calendar is full of individual achievements but more importantly collective ones, I've played in multiple teams and my game has being improved a lot by doing so.  When it comes to academics, I grew up struggling  to balance soccer and school, it usually creates a lot of problems with me and my parents because no matter how much they loved soccer for me, they never forgot one day to remind me that there's no soccer without school. My love for soccer unfortunately stopped me from doing as good that i could do academically and it was a big issue for my parents. Although, now I figured that my parents were right, i realized that in order to be a great student athlete, you must make sure you're on top of your school work because no coach in this world would recruit a player who has no level of  education.  I can guarantee all coaches that i'm the type of student athlete who respect everyone no matter what, the type of student athlete who will not receive any type of disciplinary sanction from anyone anywhere he goes. I'm very disciplined and hard to be influenced. I came to America with a dream and my goal is to achieve it no matter how hard it gets in the process. This dream is to become a professional international soccer player and playing at the highest levels is a must. I can adapt with any type of team atmosphere very quickly, I love competition, I love when there are challenges, I learn and I become better and better every day.

     Overall, I guarantee a coach that I will and must put my all of out there for the team. My hard work and commitment will not be lacking and will be noticed. I'm more than sure that I will not disappoint any coach that chooses me to be part of their team.
