justin vij '19 Recruiting Profile

I am currently the outside back for my varsity soccer team. I am the captain of the varsity team. I can play anywhere in the back and I play as a right mid as well. I have been playing soccer for over 10 years, playing on several travel squads, including the Long Island Rough Rider, Hota Bavarians academy and Floral Park Indians.

For the past 6 years, I have been trained by Chris Armas, formerly of the Chicago Fire and US National Team, until he recently joined with the Red Bulls.  I think my years of training under Mr. Armas provide me with the tactical and technical skills required to play at higher levels.  Most importantly he has taught me about the commitment required to play in High School and Beyond.  I feel that my size, speed, endurance and strength will enable me to play at the college level.
