Hello,

My name is Giovanni Corsetti, and I am a right winger starting for FC Westchester NY U17 MLS Next Academy. 

 I am a well-rounded player that has competed at the highest level with New York Red Bulls and New York City a Football Club Academy for three years consecutively.

As a very strong player, I can hold the ball well with defenders, pressuring from behind. I am a very fast player and like to take on players 1 v 1 to create chances at goal, either a cross from the wide position, or a shot. This along with my technical abilities, as well as my interpretation of the game, helps the team to bring a good play to the pitch. I like to communicate with my teammates on the pitch, and I also take constructive criticism.

Academically, I am a hard-working student and have been able to maintain honor roll every year. This is something I am very proud of.

I am a leader, and I can contribute to making any team better when given the opportunity to play.
