Hi, my name is Aiden Tessatorre. I am 16 years old and I'm in 11th grade. When I was younger, I moved around a lot, so I did not start playing soccer until I was 8 years old. I first started playing soccer as a way of dealing with my ADHD. Ever since the first day that my foot touched the ball, I knew this is what I wanted to do.
I played for Mastic Youth Sports Intramural league for 2 years. I then moved to the Manorville Wolves Travel team, where I have played for the past 6 years (I currently play for this team). I also play for the William Floyd high school JV team, where I am a starter. My positions are center back or center defensive midfield for all of my teams.
I work hard on and off the field. I have trained in 2 SUSA Skills and Ball Mastery clinics, 1 year of Futsal Team training and 6 years of Future Stars Soccer Camp.
In school I not only play on the soccer team, but I also ran track and play on the lacrosse team. In order to participate in school sports, you must keep your grades above passing. I exceed that by keeping my grades between 85 to 100%. I have made the Honor Roll every quarter since 6th grade. I am currently in Honors Algebra 2 and AP World History. In 5th grade I achieved the Presidential Gold Award for Outstanding Academics.
My ultimate goal is to play college soccer and to go on to play professionally. I believe that I will be able to achieve this goal.
