My name is Evan Stevely, I am a Center Forward, and ever since I was a young boy I knew that I wanted to play soccer at the highest level. On all of the travel teams, soccer clubs, and premier teams that I have played on, I have been either top scorer or one of the top scorers for the team. I attend Bishop Kearney High School, in Rochester, New York, and had a 98.2 GPA when I ended my Junior year. I am now a senior in high school and hoping to be recruited to play at a high level, preferably Division 1, next year and continue my career helping my team in whatever way I am needed.
In my junior year of high school I scored 34 goals in 20 games and ended the season top scorer for my school team and 2nd in all of Section V in New York. In my sophomore year of high school, for the sectional finals of my track and field team for school, I took 1st place in the 400m, 200m, 4x100m, and 3rd place in the 4x400m race. For club I play for Doug Millers Rochester Lancers Academy and Last year my team took second place in the NYS State Cup Finals and I was commended by Mr. Scott Craig of NYSW for my abilities during the game.
