I enjoy competition! Every coach that I have played for has said I am very coachable. I also adapt to change on the field very quickly. I am committed to the team, whether win or lose, and I will lead by example.
I would say that winning the 2021 Carolina State Cup, and then competing in a tie breaker bracket for the National Cup XX in July 2021, was my favorite athletic highlight.
Personally, I feel I grew more as a person in the summer of 2022, where we did not win the Carolina state cup, or go to Nationals. However, I was fortunate enough to go to Honduras with my varsity soccer team and reach out to many Honduran children spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ while playing soccer and teaching clinics. I was humbled immeasurably, and l look forward to more opportunities like this one!
I believe that academic achievements and athletic skills are a gift from God....and I will use mine to the fullest to glorify Him.
