Luis Herrera Vasquez '20 Recruiting Profile

Hello there, my name is Luis Herrera Vasquez and I'm from Staley, NC and I was writing this statement to let you all know more about me.  Well, when I was a little kid I never knew anything about soccer or any sport I would always be in my house playing with my toys and also I was a chunky kid. People thought when I grew up I was going to be fat but I don't know what happen I somehow got skinny but anyways when I was 9 years old my uncle came with my cousin to my house to talk to my parents telling them if I wanted to join a soccer team and that's where I first found out about soccer an amazing and beautiful sport. So I started to play soccer and would train every day but the coach would just put me in for like 3 minutes and I felt like I wasn't enough but that really didn't stop me I kept training alone and until my dad made a soccer team and we beat the team where I first start and never got playing time and also scored that game. And now in the present soccer is my passion and I'm sure I won't give up on it at any cost. Thank you for reading my story and also to have a nice day!
