Personal Statement

I grew up playing soccer my whole life and have been playing this game competitively since I was 6. I have many amazing experiences in my career and would love to impact your program with these experiences. I'm a senior in high school so there is still many obstacles and great joy I still have to play through. I already have won Regional Championships twice and have made it to the semi-finals of the Ontario Cup twice. This just goes to show that I've experienced major wins and tough losses. This defiantly helped me grow as a person and made me realize that I have to work much harder then I already have.

I'm fortunate enough to be apart of a club that is determined and hungry to win. I've learned teamwork, commitment, sacrifice and most importantly leadership. I believe I not only have the talent to compete for a college team, but the character, work-ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program. I know that I have what it takes to be a leader on your team.

Training

I train 6 times a week
10 years
I have 4 training's a week with my club team, one small group training with a personal trainer, and a game every week. All my training's are on turf and are 1½ - 2 hours long. Also, when school soccer comes around in April-June I train almost everyday after school. I don't just train on the pitch but I train off the pitch to. ie, weight room, quick feet (dribbling), fitness, short passing.
