I'm a dedicated worker, I practice goalie training Monday-Thursday for 1:45 minutes for club. When school soccer season starts I practice from 3-5 and then club from 6:45-8:15. I play for pennfusion ecnl regional league u17 and a starter for Garnet Valley High School freshman soccer. When I didn't make JV or Varsity I was upset because I'd worked hard. But there were 9 goalies so it was hard for me to beat them. It motivated me more than I'll ever know to work, my heart out for the freshman soccer and I knew the only way I was going to play varsity next year was if I worked harder and showed my coaches I wasn't going to give up. As a sophomore, I worked hard to be on junior varsity and start. That's what I did and I tried my hardest every game even though we only won one game. There were 8 goalies in the 2022 school season and three were seniors. My goal for 2023 is to be starting varsity and work tightly with my new goalie coach for school and my new head coach who was also a goalie while staying close to my club goalie coach so I have three different people helping me and telling me what they see. I am a good player and I work hard for what I want, I take everything as motivation and advice to push myself harder, and as soon as I notice something I am doing wrong I tell my coach and we work on it the next day.
