Soccer gives me many opportunities for enjoyment outside of playing the game. Helping the younger kids at camps or refereeing recreation games allows me to participate in shaping future players. Through soccer, I have acquired a group of friends who are also active with me in church and school groups. My participation in these community outreach groups allows me to be an active role in improving the quality of life in our small town. With pride, my local soccer club represents our hometown across the southeast. The plan is for soccer to help me find a college fit; one that would challenge me in the classroom and continue to allow me to grow in maturity for life after school.
