My name is Matthew Wallace. Currently, I'm a junior attending Pope John Paul II High School in Hendersonville, Tennessee, just north of Nashville. I'm looking ahead a bit at options for universities as I've chosen to major in Marine Biology. I'm a good student with an overall GPA of 3.2. In addition, I've been playing club soccer for the past four years and currently on the JPII Men's Varsity Soccer Team. Through these efforts, I've been fortunate to have had great coaches and team members that have allowed me to grow as a player and gain the skill set needed to make a positive impact on a soccer team. While obtaining my degree, it's my hope to continue to enjoy being a part of a team throughout my college career. On that field, I hope to grow as an athlete through being a dynamic team mate and giving my all each day. I will strive to always be an asset and conduct myself with high standards as I know my actions reflect on my coach, team members and the university I will attend.
