Hello my name is Julian Garza ,
For my college goals I would like to find a school that fits both my academic and athletic needs. I would like to find a school that has a Kinesiology program. My aspirations is to become a chiropractor but I would also like to take my soccer career as far as I can take it. I have been playing soccer since the age of three and currently play for Albion Hurricanes. As part of my team I feel that I give 110% on and off the field. I feel like im one of the leaders in my team. I try my best to motivate and encourage my team to also give 110%. I can take and receive constructive criticism and I always try to get better at my craft. I believe that what sets me apart from other recruits is my willingness to always improve my game, positive attitude and my tenacity when it comes to one versus one defensive plays. I am not scared to go in for a ball to win it. I have been to Barcelona Spain to participate in Iber Cup in 2018, I was a guest player with USA United FC and I was able to quickly adapt to my teams playing style and the coaching style which helped me be a starter in all five game played in the tournament. That is an example of how I can adapt do different playing styles. Academically I strive to also keep all my grades up. I have been enrolled in K level classes since my 10 grade year. My dad has instilled in me that I'm a "Student Athlete" Student first and Athlete second.
Thank you for your attention,
Julian Uriel Garza
