Rogelio Lopez '18 Recruiting Profile

I fell in love with the sport at the age of 6 after watching the 2006 World Cup. However, I started playing club at the age of 7, and figured I was not all that of a natural. I worked my way up. But it was not until High School Freshman Year, when I matured well into the game. Varsity was a whole different level than what I had ever played before. I went in with the wrong mentality and things did not go out as planned. With a little bit of time I did get accustomed to the rhythm and I was ready to make things happen. 

Realizing how meaningful soccer is to me, I am ready to work, sacrifice, and make things happen. I'm in search of a program that takes soccer serious and will be a good fit for me. I believe I do have the ability to play at the next level and further beyond that. I am ready for anything you throw at me and I know that I have what it takes to be a part of your team!
