David Ortega-Godinez '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is David Ortega and I am more than enthusiastic to one day play soccer at the college level. I have been an honor roll student since I started school and I have always been very dedicated towards my academics. Furthermore, soccer has been a passion of mine since I can remember, my love for the sport develops every day and so does my determination to continue to become the best player I can be and play at the next level. Neither of my parents, or previous generations of family, had the opportunity to attend college, none the less pursue a sport in college, so apart from pursuing the sport I also want to one day become a big role model for my future family and demonstrate that anything is possible if you put hard work and determination into it and I think getting the chance to play soccer at the college level will do just that.
