I come from an educated family, they've all been to college, so my main goal is to have the best education I can get. Secondly, is to play the game I love at the collegiate level. Hi my name is Michael Armstrong, soccer isn't just a game to but a lifestyle. I have played since I was five, it's how I grow up. I have learned so much since I started but you can never learn enough. Playing at the collegiate level I know I will become so much smarter on and off the field. Soccer has taught me so much stuff off the field like leadership. Leadership is a very key thing on the field but even better off the field. If I need to step up for a class I can because I know I have the ability to do so. I will work harder every day to become the best not only for me but my team. Winning games is the best feeling but knowing I helped make that happen and did it for team it even better. My team means more to me, like a family and that's what makes us closer both on and off the field. No matter what happens I will always be there for them because they have my back too. If they need help in the classroom I will help them. But most importantly is that I am a student before an athlete. The only way I can play is if I get my work done in the classroom. In the classroom I will do my best to get stuff done and turn in a timely manner. I know that none of this will be given to me so I have to work to get where I can play at the collegiate level. Thank you for getting to know me.
