My personal goals for college are to continue playing soccer, make a difference for the better, and graduate to pursue a career in Biomedical Engineering. Soccer is the main sport I play and where my heart is, but I am also good at track and Cross Country. My excellent endurance, skills and vision is what keeps me active in the game and why I play all 90 minutes. I'm very disciplined as in always paying attention and understanding what the coach wants of my playing abilities. I always want to learn new ways of playing to continue growing as a player. My speed and goal assists are among my biggest strengths and I can play defensively very well by checking back and battling for the ball.
I feel that the medical field is what better suits me and where I feel passionate and strong. After taking in consideration different careers in the medical field to pursue and after taking time doing research, I made the decision to be a Biomedical Engineer. There are always new things to learn in this field and that is one reason why I chose it. My attitude toward my education is the same as in the soccer field, I pay attention, I am observant to details when I work, and I enjoy to learn new things every day. As in the soccer field and as in the classroom, I know that when one works hard it pays off.
