Why do I play soccer? I play soccer because I love it. I've played soccer from a young age and have always loved it. I love the thrill it gives me when I play. Just being on the field and everyone cheering it makes it so much better. My favorite thing from soccer I've gotten through the years is the friendships I've made with my teammates, they have become my closest friends.
I am a strong, natural leader on my team. I know it helps that I have played, attacking and defending positions, which gives me a good sense of the game, I can read the field and communicate with my team well. It helps us achieve the most success. I am loud when directing my team. I am a good team player, having played multiple positions, do to my size and quickness I can support my team by placing the ball in a playable area whether it be a long ball over the top, switching the play or finding a teammate’s head or foot inside the box for a scoring opportunity in the run of play or a set piece from midfield. In addition, I am a big center back and that helps with me winning headers on corners, goal kicks, drop kicks and in the run of play, I am not afraid to make a challenge for the ball.
My goal has always been to play at the next level. Then keep moving forward for as long as I can and to play at the highest level possible.
