When I graduate from high school I plan to go into the medical field as well as carry good grades throughout high school in effort to achieve academic scholarships as well as play sports in high school in order to get another boost for my chances of getting into an exceptional college. I first and foremost plan to go through my academics before I focus on my athletic side of college. I feel that I would be a good candidate for your team not only because I am fairly skilled player, but with my determination and dedication I believe that I'll be able to handle the intensity of college soccer. I was able to maintain a 4.0 for most of my entire middle school years, and I believe academics are an important part of the recruiting process as I have been told.
My goals for life after college are essentially as simple as I put it. I'd rather not be so specific because when everything is planned out for me, I feel that I don't have as much of a decision with what I do. I like to be helpful in school and out on the pitch as well. I know that being a forward comes with responsibilities, as well as fame. Being a goal-scorer is usually what everyone is looking for, but even the best strikers don't center all the attention on themselves. I like to celebrate when I score, but in the end I know it all comes with a team effort. My motto is, "There is no I in TEAM." That is the most basic saying you will hear, but it really applies to me. Every once in a while I will get that one person on my team that really loves the sport, so much that they won't let anyone else play it. What I'm talking about is the showboats. I always find myself to be humbled and humiliated by my coaches which I feel is a great way to build skill, but when you have a teammate who will just play with the ball pointlessly and then proceed to lose it, makes it tough to shine on the field whenever you may need. Just like I was humbled, I tend to humilitate them, not in a way that's damaging their credibility as a player, but in a way of constructive criticism. My goal is to be the best athlete I can be. I may not be the best player, but I will try my hardest and work the hardest out of everyone. I believe I have pretty good charisma, and ever since I started playing club I knew players would be better than me, and at first I was frustrated that I couldn't do the things they could, or play as good. I know as long as I have confidence, and determination I will be able to be the best "Me."
