Scoring my first high school hattrick against Wilmot High School as a sophomore in 2019 was the highlight of my high school career so far. Nevertheless, I feel I most grew as an athlete when I first joined a new club, Croatia, rather than going back to my local club, Burlington United. The experience I gained through my exposure to a team of all new people and coaches pushed me out of my comfort zone to become a stronger and more versatile player on the pitch.
Unfortunately for myself, I joined a high school team that was not very good and had finished in the last three spots of the Southern Lakes conference for several years. Instead of feeling hopeless, I let the previous years of my high school's team inspire me to work harder and more consistently as well as encourage my teammates to train alongside me. The efforts that I made to improve myself and my team have taught me the importance of leadership, teamwork, and commitment. In terms of college, I'm looking for a place that will offer a good fit for me athletically and academically. With previous experience, I believe I have the talent, dedication, and leadership to compete for a college team and make an impact on your program. As a member of leadership programs such as DRIVEN and the detailing business I operate, Stutzy Mobile Clean (stutzymobileclean.com), academic achievements such as the Honor Roll as well as being a member of the Academic Bowl Team, and an athletic background of playing against highly ranked clubs and teams, I am confident that I have the rights tools to be a positive and prosperous addition to your team!
