SEBASTIAN PAGAN VEGA '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Sebastián Pagán Vega.  Born in Wisconsin to Puerto-Rican parents, I have the privilege to be bilingual in English and Spanish.  Also, I am currently taking French in school.  The most important things in my life are my faith in Christ, my family, and playing soccer.

I have been playing soccer two years above my age group for the last three years in my club league.  This year I also trained for the Wisconsin ODP team and was selected to play for them at the state level. 

Academically, I always try to do my very best so I can maintain my good grades while encouraging others to do so as well.  I consider myself a leader and use that skill on and off the field for the benefit of myself and those around me.  I thoroughly enjoy science, math, and technology based classes.  During my two years of middle school I served as a Safe School Ambassador.

For my future I look forward to obtaining a high quality education, and aspire to play soccer in college and in the MLS as a professional.  Since I am hard worker, I know that with the proper guidance, I will be able to meet coaches’ expectations and get to where I need to be to achieve my goals and play the sport that I love.  Through this experience, I hope to have the opportunity to give back to my family and my community.
