Oliver Crawford-Shelmadine '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Oliver Crawford-Shelmadine and I am a swimmer. Some of my collegiate goals is to be on an athletic team for all 4 yearsI attend, make new friends, and most importantly find a carreer path or atleast find a career that I may be interested in more. I would be a great candidate for you team for a few reasons. I have been on the varsity team at my high school since freshman year, and in only 2 years I brought my 50 free time down over 4 seconds and brought my 100 free time down 7 seconds. I am tna extremely hard worker and want to get better not only for myself but for my entire team. I have aquired good leadership skills over my high school yeasr and I have learned to implimant those onto my athletic teams. I work to get my team better and to build friendships. I will always work my hardest  no matter what I am asked to do, and help my teammates by encourageing them to do the same.
