2019 HighlightsPersonal Statement
Hello, my name is Marcos Brasil. I Attend a competitive boarding school in Carpinteria, California. I'm originally from the bay area and train there over the summers. I'm a light-hearted, energetic and supportive teammate. I've been swimming for 12 years now and I'm looking to compete at a collegiate level. My preferred events are the 50 and 100 freestyle, I swam them in the Southern-Section division 3 CIF meet last may. I'm coming off an injury on my right shoulder that has limited my practicing time for the last year. I've begun to practice more frequently this November, and am hoping to drop more time now that I'm able to practice regularly.
