I started swimming competitively when I was almost 11. I swam at Brea Aquatics for 3 years until moving to Fullerton Aquatics Sports Team where I currently have been swimming for about 3 years now. I didn't take swimming seriously until the beginning of 2019. During this time, I found my event, the mile, and that's when my results began to shine. Now I begin to see my hard work paying off and how much more I need to work to catch up to the very best. My goal in swimming is to become one of the best milers in NCAA and I hope to find a school that will take me to that level.
In a college, I'm looking for a team like a extended family away from home. I am also looking for coaches that will act as my mentor throughout my 4 years of college swimming. I also believe that a good school should also value academics as well as sports and I am hoping to swim for a school that is good at balancing academics and athletics.
