My name is Eli Eberle. I’m a senior at Canton High School in Canton, Illinois. I feel that I’m a good candidate to be a student-athlete at the college level because of my work ethic and drive. My grades are good and I have taken several AP and Dual Credit courses. I have been a multi-sport athlete all my life but have focused on soccer and swimming in high school. I say self-driven because I’ve never had a winning soccer season nor have I had a true high school swim season/team. I swim for our local YMCA and only compete at the high school level for the conference meet and sectionals. We have 4 boys on the team and I’ve had 4 different coaches in the last 4 years. I seek consistency, knowledge, motivation, camaraderie, and fun in a swim program/coach/team. I feel my swim talents have not been challenged or refined yet and I have much to offer a program.
