My name is Dallas Fisher, a swimmer graduating in the Class of 2021. I quit playing football to focus on the sport of swimming. Going to a private school, my day to day life is disciplined in and out of the classroom, especially in the pool. As time went on, I grew a passion for swimming. I’ve been a participant in the sport since the age of 9. During my time in the pool, I’ve grown mental toughness and an nonstop drive to get better. As well as excelling in the pool, placing in the MHSAA Division 1 State Championship and qualifying for Sectionals, I exceed expectations in the classroom. I’ve been taking Honors and AP courses throughout high school this far, and will continue doing so. Overcoming mental struggles through high school has been a challenge, but that hasn’t stopped me. My goal is to find a college program that’s right for me to not only better myself, but everyone around me. Being a natural leader and having the drive I possess, that certainly is a possibility in the future.
