Zachary Marinis '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Zach Marinis.  I'm currently a 12th grader at Medina High School in Medina, Ohio.  I've been swimming competitively since I was 8 years old.  I have been swimming for Falling Oaks,  a summer league, and for the Medina Makos (USA club) now Swim United year round.  I also swim for Medina  High School.  I believe I could be a great athlete for your team. I'm a very dedicated swimmer and I'm always striving to become better.  I'm confident that my coaches would say that I follow directions, take my training seriously, and apply corrections without hesitation.  Now I'm sure that a lot of people tell you this, but something a lot of kids don't share is something that they want to work on.  I've always felt I was shorter than my fellow competitors.  I never let that stop me...EVER!!!  I have learned to train even harder to get faster times and not let my size effect who I am as an athlete.  I will never give up!!!  I hope that you can see that my willingness to always train harder and be a better athlete would make your program even stronger.  What you will get with me is the entire package - hard trainer and worker, great teammate, serious student and athlete!  Thank you for your consideration.
