Michael Wang '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Michael Wang, a 2021 graduate. I am currently a grade 11 student enrolled in the International Baccalaureate program at Glenforest Secondary School and a swimmer for Crest Swimming club under head coach Fred Arzaga. As an aspiring college athlete, I am driven to excel both athletically and academically. 

Here are some of my athletic accomplishments:

• - Winner of the “B” final at Canadian Junior Championships in the 400 free (4:09.97)
• - Canadian Trials Qualified
• - Provincial Team Champion (4x)
• - Canadian Junior Team Champion (1x)
• - Swimming Canada National Team Development Program
• - Canadian Track 3 Time
• - Top 15 USA Age Group Swimming 1650 yards

Here are some of my academic accomplishments:

• - International Baccalaureate diploma program
• - 3.9 GPA in Grade 10
• - Junior Executive for Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA)
• - Gifted Student program, Grades 4-8
• - Graduated the Royal Conservatory of Music in Piano (Completed Level 10)
