Since the age of 3, my passion has been swimming. I am highly dedicated to the sport of swimming and am always looking for improvements I can make. Something that differentiates me from the rest of like pack of swimming is my mindset. If I want to do something, I set my mind to it and I make it happen. I am a great friend and teammate as I try to make everyone around me excel. I go to practice whenever it is offered and make sure to always bring my A game.

- I train at a popular athletic club located in Medford Oregon. Completely, our team isn't at the highest of standards, but we all help each other achieve our goals by working hard everyday.

Training
- September- Mid June, swim with Superior. Mid June-August, train with CAST in idaho.

- At Superior, I train 5 days a week Monday-Friday. To add on, during high school season I go to practice, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the mornings. Also, during the school year, September-Mid June, every Tuesday and Thursday I do morning workouts with a physical therapist who swam for Stanford. During the summer, the practice schedule is daily doubles every day except for Thursday, and of course, Sunday. On Tuesdays, the afternoon practice is an open water lake practice which is a great practice for me to improve on open water swimming.
