Warren Villarreal '23 Recruiting Profile

My Name is Warren Villareal, and I am a student at Edinburg Highschool in the valley. My freshman year I joined swimming as a means of excersice but quicly realized I was a strong competitor.  I have only ever trained with my school in the outdoor city pool but I trained for over two ours everyday of the week.  I worked hard on the team and got the MVP award my freshman year. I was the fastest in each of my relays and helped bring all three of them to regionals as a sophmore. As asophmore I broke the records for the fiftey and one hundred free races getting me MVP once again. As well as a strong athlete I am also a great student. I take college classes and remain an AP student in math, history and Science. I would be a great addition to any team not only because of my achedemic and athletic strength but also because of my charechter. I love working with other athletes and I have gotten along well with every coach I have worked with and hope to get along well with any coaches in my future.
