Jackson Lusk '21 Recruiting Profile

    My name is Jackson Lusk and I am a year-round club and varsity swimmer. I am a driven, determined student that works tirelessly to achieve my goals. I aspire to attend a college that will challenge me both academically and athletically. I am currently enrolled in the Commonwealth Governor's School, a highly selective academics program that offers AP testing and an advanced curriculum. Outside of the pool and classroom, I am fully involved with my local community by staying engaged in leadership roles through NJROTC, summer swim team assistant coach and as a 4H camp counselor. 

    As a member of an active duty military family with several moves across the country, I truly understand the importance in strong family, and friend cohesion. Implementing the lessons learned from the places I've lived has allowed me to become a valuable mentor to both friends and teammates. I thrive on being a great motivator to my peers, and always look to lead both inside the pool and out.  

    I am of strong character, and always openly aware to the guidance and direction provided by my swim coaches and educators. Ultimately learning, adapting and applying through them in order to always improve myself as both a swimmer and student.
