My name is Ben Dugmore and I am going to be playing for Mesa Community College in Arizona for the 2020/2021 season. I am really looking forward to the opportunity to start at junior college and transferring in the future. I started playing tennis at the age of 10 in South Africa and was in the top 20 of my age group for the last 5 years I was living there. I have now moved to Canada as I have dual citizenship and have been enjoying the competition here and have made it top 10 under 18 in British Columbia. I believe I'll be a great candidate for any college division and team. Tennis is an individual sport at times however college tennis is all about playing and competing as a team. I am an encouraging team player who always gives full support to my co-players. My game is well equipped for both singles and doubles and my serve is my biggest weapon but I am always working on improvement. Commitment is my focus, I will always be motivated to train and compete and stay 100% committed to tennis and my studies. My goal is to be able improve both on the court and the classroom.
Thank you for viewing my profile and I am looking forward to your feedback
Regards
Ben Dugmore
