My name is Nolan Bebarta. I am 17 years old and a Junior at De La Salle High School in Concord, California. This will be my third year on the varsity team and I played number 3 singles for my freshman and sophomore years. This year I will be the captain of the varsity team and my coach also selected me to be on the Athletic Advisory Committee. The Athletic Advisory Committee includes a senior from each team. The Committee meets monthly, with the athletic director, to provide insight and enhance the student-athlete experience. I am the only Junior at our school that has been selected for Athletic Advisory Committee.
My USTA singles ranking is 108 and my doubles ranking is 63 in Northern California. My national combined ranking is 808 for the 18 year old age group. I have been working very hard on my doubles game and I feel like I can make a big impact on a college team especially in doubles. I also created a summer league tennis team for our school which is coached by our high school coach. The name of the team is the East Bay Breakers and I played number 1 singles throughout the whole summer. I train at Tabotabo International Tennis Academy in Danville, California.
I am looking for a school where I can be pushed to my maximum potential and help a team be successful. I feel like I can really help a team both as a leader and as a player.
