Tennis has been and continues to be a huge component of my life. I have been playing tennis seriously for the last 3-4 years and training hard every day. Most people would refer to me as a "late bloomer" due to my growth spurts coming in late and causing me to continually adjust my footwork. Quarantine gave me an amazing opportunity to lock in for 6 months and work myself all day every day. I focused hard on my fitness and my on-court movement. I was a 7 utr less than a year ago and as soon as tournaments opened up my hard work showed for itself. I have gone up over 2 utr points in less than a year and am continuing to show results and grow. During the next few months, I am going to be edging towards a 10 utr and with my game and potential, I can continue going up. I'm looking for an academically advanced college where I can bring my work ethic and be in a good environment with my teammates. I'd like to study a general major such as entrepreneurship or business. I am very good at managing my time and prioritizing so I can be challenged academically while also managing the intense training and matches. To coaches, I would love an opportunity to use my skills and work ethic to compete for your school.
