Tennis has been in my family with three of my family members playing it for at least ten years. I grew up on the courts, and I wanted to reach a higher level than my family at a sport they all played. I started playing at age three, and I have worked hard for over ten years to reach that goal I had previously set. I have always been a good listener, very coachable and I work hard to learn from my mistakes. I have also always been open to doing whatever my coach thinks is best. Whether that is my spot on the team, or ways to improve my strokes. The main thing that differs me from other recruits is how hard I work. That is for tennis and in the classroom. I only play tennis, and I play it all year, so that I can imporve as much as possible. In the classroom I make sure to do great work, not just the bare minimum. I make sure that school comes first, and that I focus on school and tennis more than anything else.
