Hello My name is Abdullah Goraya. I am a first generation American born citizen. my parents have traveled across the atlantic from pakistan inorder for me and my siblings to have a better life in america. Growing up my parents have given me the tools it takes to succeed in life one of these tools being a tennis racket. I loved playing tennis with my family growing up and it had a special place in my heart. Until i started taking tennis seriously. Although my parents traveled from Pakistan for me to have a better life in American this does not mean that we were rich or even high middle class. I knew that the reason my parents drilled into me the meaning of success and how important it is that they would leave their families behind for it that i needed to succeed and make them proud. I have found that escape that will allow me to succeed that being tennis. And i have pored my blood sweat and tears into it to succeed. And when i do succeed i will make sure that my parents will never have to work so hard in their lives again. like how they have been working miltiple jobs in physically and mentally draining jobs ever since 1999 when they made the big decision to immigrate. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
