Behind every successful player, there is a strong close knitted family that supports them: the team. I have over a decade of experience training and competing. Aside from valuable lessons such as the importance of discipline, commitment to both the individual as well as the team process is key. I am currently part of the state wheelchair tennis team, where I work as sparring. All competitors have benefitted from the knowledge I transmit to them, as well as my energy in the court and emotional support, in the form of listening to them and helping them find out which areas they can improve and how they can go about achieving those goals. Academically, I have a 3.91 GPA, I am in my school's chapter of National Honors Society due to my grades and volunteering in my local community, and help lead extra curricular clubs. I consider myself to be an agreeable person that listens and pays close attention to what people have to say, in order to fully understand their arguments and ideas, because I think only then we can have a productive discussion and formulate a plan of action, which will helps us be stronger ourselves but also for each other.
