My name is Evan Cobb, and I’m currently in 10th grade at Mauldin High School in SC. I would enjoy playing tennis in college to further my tennis career while pursuing my education. At this time, I’m undecided for a major, but I have interest in business, agriculture, sports medicine and aviation. It’s a wide mix right now.
I first picked up a racket at age 5 hitting balls in my parent’s driveway. I have tried many sports such as lacrosse (played 7th and 8th grade on the high school JV team), but tennis has always been my passion. I continue to attend practice at Haviland Tennis Academy and have played on my high school tennis team since 7th grade. I plan to play in many state, regional and national level tournaments to improve my UTR and Star status over the course of the year.
In my free time, I enjoy mountain biking, fishing, water sports, skiing and pretty much staying outside.
