I started playing tennis when I was 9 because my older brothers were into it, and I wanted to be like them. Since then, it’s become a big part of my life. I’ve been hitting the courts 5 to 6 days a week for about six years now, always trying to get better. Joining a club really opened up opportunities for me, and I made varsity in 7th grade, which was pretty exciting. Now, as a sophomore, I’m holding down the top spots in both singles and doubles, playing at flight 1. Tennis isn’t just a hobby for me anymore; it’s a passion that I’m fully committed to.
